Products on this site, www.JULIUSBOLMAIN.com, are reserved for non-commercial purchase within North America only (U.S. and CANADA). The site does not allow the purchase of goods for resale. We can only deliver within the United States and Canada. Allow up to 2 weeks for order to arrive to you.

FOR ALL ORDER INQUIRIES, PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR ONLINE ORDER NUMBER, NAME USED FOR PURCHASE, AND YOUR INVOICE NUMBER.

                  AVAILABILITY

We will honor your order within the limits of our available stock. In the event that any of the products ordered are not available in our inventory, you will be notified via email of any changes to your order availability. To the best of our ability, we will inform you of when you can expect your merchandise, as you may opt to keep or cancel your order.

            ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

Please review your purchase, billing and shipping information before submitting your order. PLEASE NOTE that your order may begin processing as soon as it is submitted. We will try our best to accommodate modifications to your order, however, we cannot guarantee these changes will be made after your order is submitted. Cancellations can be requested within 30 minutes of placing your order.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information. Deliveries will be made according to those order specifications. All shipments must be signed for unless otherwise stated within your Order Notes. Please indicate if you would like to release the signature from your delivery. UPS will make repeated delivery attempts before returning your merchandise to Julius Bolmain. If you would like to schedule a delivery intercept, reroute your package, or attempt a redelivery, you will be responsible for the associated charges. we cannot change or alter the delivery method once shipped.
